PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Nov 25, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:RNR) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50625 per each 8.10% Series A Preference Share. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2003 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2003.

In addition, the Board has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45625 per each 7.30% Series B Preference Share. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2003 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2003.
