(NYSE: RNR) announced a change in the time of its third quarter 2012 earnings conference call due to closure of the U.S. equity markets and ongoing severe weather conditions in the Northeast U.S. RenaissanceRe will conduct an investment community conference call on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 11:00 AM ET to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of 2012, as well as the Company's outlook. RenaissanceRe will release the results following the close of market on Thursday, November 1, 2012. The call was previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 10:00 AM ET.

A live webcast of this call will be available through the Investor Information section of RenaissanceRe's website at www.renre.com. An archive of the call will be available from approximately 2:00 p.m. ET on November 2, 2012 through midnight ET on January 12, 2013.
