FLASH® Partnership to Include RenaissanceRe and WeatherPredict Consulting Inc.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Following the Fall Corporate Board meeting of the nonprofit Federal Alliance for Safe Homes- FLASH®, Inc. the organization today announced that Bermuda-based RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: RNR) and its U.S. affiliate WeatherPredict Consulting Inc. have joined the FLASH alliance to promote disaster mitigation to homeowners worldwide. This announcement follows the recent addition to FLASH's partnership roster of two nationally-acclaimed scientists and disaster safety leaders – former National Hurricane Center Director Max Mayfield and Ernst W. Kiesling, P.E., Ph.D., Executive Director of the National Storm Shelter Association.
