PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Apr 08, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: RNR) will conduct an investment community conference call on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 10:00 AM ET to discuss its financial results for first quarter of 2011, as well as the Company's outlook. RenaissanceRe will release the results following the close of market on Tuesday, April 26, 2011.
